Frequently asked questions
Systre works on a performance basis. When a paid (one-time) product sells, we take 30% of the price as a platform fee and return the remaining 70% to the vendor (up to 80% in total with Systre Affiliate). No cost arises unless something sells.
For paid versions, 70% of the sale price is returned to the vendor as a sales reward. If the sale comes through your own referral link, a 10% affiliate reward is added, for up to 80%. Free versions qualify for rewards based on user trading volume and similar factors.
No. You can either submit the source code (mq4/mq5) and let us handle the licence check, or embed the licence code yourself and submit a compiled file (EX4/EX5). In both cases the copyright and intellectual property remain with the vendor.
Yes. The copyright and intellectual property in the EA (source code and logic) belong to the vendor. We only receive a licence to the extent needed to operate and provide the service; we do not acquire the rights.

After you submit, we review the content, embed the licence code, prepare forward testing and build the product page. The number of days depends on the EA and the current queue.
Whether parallel selling is allowed, and on what terms, can differ by product and contract. Please raise it when you apply.
We act as the contact point for payment, refund and licence enquiries. Product-specific questions such as settings, usage and defects are handled by the developer (Partner Terms, Article 5: Support responsibility). Note that neither party can give advice amounting to specific trading decisions, for regulatory reasons.
