- About SHIN NAKANE
This EA, SHIN NAKANE, utilizes mid-price trading, a trading logic unique to the Japanese market. The mid-price is the base rate used by financial institutions for foreign exchange transactions and is determined daily at 9:55 AM. Importers and other businesses often place dollar buy orders around this time to secure settlement funds, and the rate generally tends to rise. Therefore, by taking a long USD/JPY position before 9:55 AM and a short USD/JPY position at 9:55 AM, you can aim for profits. This is called mid-price trading. Since it allows for routine trading at a set time each day, you can aim for solid profits. This mid-price trading logic is well-known in Japan, and there are many EAs targeting the mid-price or the 50-day period, when mid-price trends are most pronounced. Many of these EAs appear to be generating solid profits. However, because mid-price trading is a routine trade, it lacks the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. Recently, global events have led to many sudden price movements, and mid-price trading has the disadvantage of being unable to adapt to these market conditions. This EA incorporates unique logic into mid-price trading, improving it so that it only takes positions when there is a high probability of winning based on the current situation. This avoids unnecessary drawdowns and ensures steady profit growth, even when standard mid-price EAs are performing poorly. This EA features two logics for taking long positions and one logic for taking short positions. The backtests shown below are based on the Tick Data Suite and cover a 15-year period from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, a New Year's holiday filter is included to account for performance declines during the New Year period. However, because the backtests are very slow, the filter has been disabled in the backtests shown. Turning the filter on during operation is expected to produce better results. [Buy 1] The "Buy 1" logic is an extremely stable logic, recording a profit factor of 1.59 over the past 15 years, even assuming a swap point of 0 . In reality, it's highly unlikely that swap points will be zero. Assuming a low interest rate of 3%, the profit factor is 1.93 . If we assume a 5%, which has averaged over the past few months, the profit factor is a whopping 2.17 . This strategy aims to close relatively quickly after entry, minimizing losses and accumulating small profits. While we cannot disclose the logic, the concept is simple and there is no risk of over-optimization. [Buy 2] The logic for "Buy 2" is also stable, with a profit factor of 1.47 assuming a swap point of 0, 1.74 at 3%, and 1.93 at 5%. "Buy 2" trades nearly twice as many times as "Buy 1," generating profits even during periods when "Buy" is weak. By combining "Buy 1" and "Buy 2," more stable trading can be achieved. [Sell] The "Sell" logic has a profit factor of 1.35, which is less stable than the "Buy 1" logic. However, it is highly reliable due to its 15-year backtesting and the fact that it consistently generates profits even during periods when the Buy logic struggles. [All Logics Enabled] These three logics aim to accumulate profits by mutually covering each other, so all are enabled by default and we recommend enabling them all when using the product. Backtest results for the combined three logics are 1.48 assuming a swap point of 0, 1.65 at 3%, and 1.75 at 5%. (The backtest results shown on the product page are based on a 5% swap point.) The three logics have generated a total of approximately 3,500 trades over the past 15 years , averaging over 200 trades per year . Note that Buy 1 and Buy 2 logics function independently, so it is possible to hold two positions simultaneously. However, because they manage their magic numbers separately, settlement occurs at different times. In addition, we do not use any risky trading techniques such as nanpinning or martingale.

<Notes>
- Please use a standard GMT+2/3 broker. Any other broker may not function properly.
- Please use an account with no fees. The logic is such that you can continue to make profits without any problems even with an account that charges fees, but the strategy involves accumulating profits in small increments, so the pips you earn will decrease. If you use an account with fees, you will need to adjust your TP and SL values, but please note that you may not achieve the same results as with an account with no fees.
- We recommend using a broker that offers as large a swap point as possible, narrow spreads for supported currency pairs, and minimal slippage.
- When backtesting, please make sure that swap points are reflected. Whether swap points are reflected in backtesting varies depending on the broker, so please check for yourself. If you use Tick Data Suite, you can reflect any swap points you like when backtesting.
- Please note that EA developers cannot compensate users for any losses, including those caused by bugs or malfunctions.
- If your order is not being processed, please first check whether the box for allowing automated trading is checked, whether the currency pair and time frame are appropriate, and whether there is enough margin for the lot.
- Please calculate the required capital, lot size, etc. yourself based on the maximum stop loss, average loss, and maximum drawdown from backtests and forward tests.
- Please use this with brokers whose stop levels are 0 or sufficiently small.
- This EA does not guarantee profits. There may be differences between backtesting and forward testing and actual operation. Please understand that results may also vary depending on the broker, account, and environment you use.
- Please note that the price of this EA may change without notice.
