Systre.AFFILIATE Program Terms of Use
These Terms govern the use of the affiliate program “Systre.AFFILIATE” (hereinafter, “the Program”) provided by the Company. These Terms apply to all registered Members.
Article 1: Definitions
“Affiliate Member”: An individual or entity who registers for the Program and is approved by the Company after agreeing to these Terms.
“Affiliate Media”: Websites or other media platforms operated by the Affiliate Member.
“Affiliate Link”: A unique URL provided by the Company for affiliate tracking purposes.
“Conversion”: A qualifying action completed by a user who accessed the Service through an Affiliate Link, such as completing a purchase or meeting a defined trading volume, as specified by the Company’s program rules.
“Commission”: The reward paid to Affiliate Members by the Company for qualifying Conversions.
Article 2: Provided Services
Affiliate Members may place Affiliate Links provided by the Company on their registered Affiliate Media.
When a Conversion is generated via an Affiliate Link, the Company will compensate the Affiliate Member in accordance with the defined reward structure.
Article 3: Registration
Individuals or entities wishing to join the Program must complete the registration process as prescribed by the Company.
The Company will review the application and approve it at its sole discretion.
Article 4: Media Registration
Affiliate Members must register all Affiliate Media where links will be placed.
Any changes to the registered media must be reported and updated promptly.
Article 5: Link Usage Conditions
Affiliate Members must use only official materials and URLs provided by the Company.
All Affiliate Link usage must comply with Company guidelines and policies.
Article 6: Link Placement Restrictions
The Company reserves the right to request removal or modification of Affiliate Links if:
The content of the Affiliate Media is deemed inappropriate.
The Affiliate Member violates these Terms or other related policies.
The Company determines, at its discretion, that the placement is inappropriate.
Affiliate Members must comply with such requests promptly.
Article 7: Media Restrictions
Affiliate Members shall not place Affiliate Links on media that:
Violate these Terms or other policies.
Contain illegal content or violate public order and morals.
Are misleading to users.
Use coercive tactics (e.g., forced clicks).
Article 8: Commission Structure
Free Plan Commission: 10% of the trading volume-based revenue generated by users utilizing the Company’s free services, calculated under the Company’s defined metrics.
Paid Plan Commission: 10% of the purchase price of paid products or services.
Article 9: Disclaimer
The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from participation in the Program, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil disturbances, power outages, or internet service disruptions.
Article 10: Prohibited Conduct
Affiliate Members shall not:
Engage in unlawful or unethical conduct.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company, other affiliates, or third parties.
Post false or misleading representations.
Engage in excessive solicitation or harassment.
Commit any act the Company deems inappropriate.
Article 11: Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided through the Program remain the intellectual property of the Company or their rightful owners.
Article 12: Changes to Terms
The Company may modify these Terms for reasonable grounds. Changes will be announced via the Company’s website or other appropriate channels and shall become effective on the date specified by the Company.
